We believe in complete transparency about how your documents are handled when you use HiddenFeeAI. This data handling policy explains every stage of the document processing lifecycle, from the moment you upload a document to its permanent deletion from our systems. Our commitment is to handle your documents with the highest level of security and privacy protection.

Document upload and transmission are protected by industry-standard encryption. When you upload a document to HiddenFeeAI, it is transmitted over a secure HTTPS connection using TLS 1.3 encryption. This encryption is the same level of protection used by banks and financial institutions for online transactions. Your document is encrypted from the moment it leaves your device and remains encrypted until it reaches our secure servers.

Document processing occurs in a secure, isolated environment. Once your document reaches our servers, it is stored temporarily in an encrypted storage container segregated from our core infrastructure. The document is accessible only to the AI analysis systems that need to process it. Our processing environment is regularly audited and penetration tested to ensure it meets security standards.

Document storage is strictly temporary. We store your document only for the duration necessary to complete the analysis and generate your report, typically less than 24 hours. After this period, your document is automatically and permanently deleted. We do not maintain backups and there is no mechanism to recover a document after deletion.

Document usage is strictly limited. We never use uploaded documents for AI training or model improvement. We never share document contents with third parties. Your documents remain confidential and are not used for any purpose other than generating your analysis report.
